Greece Releases German Reporters Held Near Turkish Border

Two German reporters taken into custody by Greek forces near the Turkish border on Friday have been released.
The pair, who were working for German broadcaster ARD, was researching a story on refugees who use the Turkish border as a way to cross into the EU via Greece.
A local court in northern Greece freed the pair without charge after they claimed to have entered a military area by mistake.
The tension in the area has been high recently after two Greek soldiers were detained after entering Turkey by mistake, leading to a diplomatic crisis.
