Greece’s police are looking for clues into the murder of a 19-year-old man in the early hours of Sunday at a park in north Athens.
The man was stabbed to death by an unknown assailant in the suburb of Marousi.
He was walking in the park with his girlfriend when the attack occurred.
A police spokesman said that there is no clear motive for the murder.
All possible scenarios are being investigated, including a random act of violence or robbery or even a personal dispute, the spokesman said according to Athens News Agency.
The man died as he was rushed to a local hospital.
His girlfriend was treated for shock and was unable to testify.
