FYROM Premier: Possible to Change Constitution to Join EU

Like all other members of the union have done, Skopje will definitely discuss Constitution changes before joining the EU, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said on Monday.
Speaking to FYROM news agency MIA, Zaev said that if Greek citizens want the country to make Constitutional changes as a guarantee to agree on a name, then this could be discussed as an option.
“We are looking for all possible creative options for a solution, knowing that such a solution is possible if institutions in both Greece and FYROM vote in favor of it,” Zaev said.
The solution should be approved by the institutions, not by persons, the FYROM prime minister said. “I’ve probably mentioned all options for a solution, but always taking into account the issues of dignity and identity,” Zaev said.
