4.7-Magnitude Earthquake Hits Crete



    An earthquake struck the Greek island of Crete on Friday afternoon, measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale.

    It took place at a depth of 10km and was centered on a location around 20 kilometers from Kentri, southeastern Crete.

    No injuries or damage was reported, although a smaller after shock was felt after the main ‘quake struck at around 4 p.m. local time.
