Theodoros Tsoukatos, a former MP of PASOK, released a lawsuit against New Democracy’s party, MP P. Kammenos and part of the State’s inquiring Committee for the case of Siemens.
The associate of former Prime Minister Costas Simitis, demands from Mr. Kammenos the amount of 200,000 euros in compensation for moral damage. Mr. Tsoukatos, claims that he was slanderously accused at the Committee by the MP.
Mr. Tsoukatos, keeps on saying, that the amount of one million Marks he received from Siemens was given to PASOK. Further on, he stresses that he will make all his accounts available for the Justice system and that if he is called to pay any amount he will give it to the nursing home Leonidiou.
