"Christmas Magic City" Expo in Thessaloniki

A magical world created by the masterful architecture Aris Georgiou will be set up at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Center for the first time.  The “CHRISTMAS MAGIC CITY” is a Christmas village.  It is organized by the HELEXPO and ATTRACT PRODUCTIONS of Thessaloniki.  It will run from November 27th through January 2nd.
This Christmas production will be set up on a 16,000 square feet outdoor area of the Thessaloniki Exhibition Center.  Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy various activities such as theatrical performances, shows, concerts, creative workshops, interactive games, carousel rides, and skating rinks along with Christmas treats. The purpose for this event is for public entertainment and to boost traffic in the commercial center of Thessaloniki.  Its purpose is also to promote the city as a Christmas themed tourist destination. All participants in the exhibition has been informed about the city so they may answer any questions visitors may have.  Various associations such as the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce, the Professional Chamber of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki Traders Association, the Tourism Promotion Agency Prefecture of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki Hotels Association and the Association of Travel Agencies of Macedonia- Thrace have agreed to participate and assist in the formation of the event and can provide any information needed.
The “CHRISTMAS MAGIC CITY – THESSALONIKI” is expected to attract audiences from all parts of Greece and from the Balkans. HELEXPO’s objective is to promote Thessaloniki as the “Christmas City” for southeast Europe.
Hours of operation are: 
Weekdays: 17:00 to 22:00
Weekend days & holidays: 10:00-22:00
