Greek Eurovision Song Contest Finals to be Held on the 2nd of March

Greek Eurovision Song Contest Finals will be held on Wednesday, the 2nd of March, 22:00 Greek time, to determine the song which will be representing our country on the 56th Eurovision Song Contest in Dusseldorf.
The Greek Finals will be broadcast directly from NET, via the official website of ERT and through ERTworld for Greeks living abroad. Lena Aroni will be hosting the show.
The evening, a musical journey in Eurovision, will have many artistic surprises for its viewers, while Christos Mylordos from Cyprus, Amaury Vassily from France and Emmy from Armenia will be performing the songs to represent their countries.
The song to represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest will be selected through a 50-50% analogy, through the audience’s votes and the panel. The viewers will be able to cast their votes through tele-voting and SMS texting.
The order in which the songs will be presented has been determined through a draw, in the presence of record companies;
1. Come With Me – Kokkina Chalia, Music: Kokkina Chalia, Lyrics Kokkina Chalia, Andreas Galanopoulos
2. The Time is Now – Valanto Tryfonos, Music – Lyrics: Ramstrem, Magnusson, Vuorinen
3. Chamogela – Triimitono, Music: Nikos Terzis, Lyrics: Vangelis Constantinides
4. Ιt’s all Greek to me – Antigonti Psychrami, Music: Apostolos Psychramis, Lyrics: Demetris S, Gerarg James Borg
5. Watch my dance – Loukas Giorkas featuring Stereo Mike, Music Yannis Christodoulopoulos, Lyrics: Eleana Vrachali
6. I Don’t Wanna Dance – Nikki Ponte, Music, Lyrics: Jonas Saeed – Pia Sjeberg
The winning song will be competing on the 1st Eurovision Semi – Final round, on the 10th of May in Dusseldorf. The 2nd Eurovision Semi – Finals will be held on the 12th of May and the finals will be taking place on the 14th of May.
20 songs will be selected in total from both semi finals for the final contest on the 14th of May.
