Greece Goes to Eurovision 2011 with "Watch My Dance"

Greece held its national selection final for the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest Wednesday. Six acts competed for the ticket to Dusseldorf, but it was Loukas Giorkas feat. Stereo Mike with the song “Watch My Dance” that earned the right to wave the flag for Greece in May.
Loukas Yorkas, is a Greek-Cypriot singer and the winner of the first season of the Greek version of the television talent series The X Factor. In September 2009 he released his first album, Mazi, which attained gold status. He had studied Biology at the university of Patras.
The song was selected by combination of jury and televote. The song, incorporating deep electronics, combines English rapping and Greek lyrics. The song has been a frontrunner throughout the selection process. Here is the track:

Greece will compete in the second half of the first semi-final on May 10. If it advances, it will compete with 24 other countries in the Eurovision Song Contest Final Saturday, May 14.
