Roger Waters, a former leading member of the globally-acclaimed band Pink Floyd, will bring the legendary The Wall to the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA) on July 8th. He changed the dates of their performances in other cities throughout Europe for this concert in Athens, which will be recorded.
Roger Waters is a fan of Greece and wants to present the important political themes of “The Wall Live” to its people. Through advanced recording technology and blue-ray DVD, this concert will be unforgettable. The metaphorical wall (74m wide and 11m high) of abandonment and isolation will be built between the band and audience and will be torn down at the end. Tickets will go on sale May 11th.
