Kyriakos Mitsotakis, lawmaker of New Democracy has proposed three changes in a letter on Friday. The first change concerns the MPs who can be cut to 200 instead of 300 from those who exist now. The second change concerns the abolition of a parliamentary pension, as MPs already get a pension from their professional income. And the last change proposed, concerns the abolition of the additional payments of deputies heading parliamentary committees.
