Slovak PM: G.Papandrou Worried Austerity Measures May Not Pass

Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou has expressed serious doubts over the passing of the Medium-Term Fiscal Program, Slovak Prime Minister said, according to Reuters.
Iveta Radicova told the Slovak Parliament΄s committee for European affairs that the George Papandreou had expressed doubts in a phone conversation on Wednesday whether the Greek Parliament will vote for the austerity measures.
“The prime minister himself cannot guarantee the proposals he will submit will find support in Parliament”, said Radicova, according to Reuters.
