The Acropolis Museum celebrates the Full Moon on Saturday, August 13 2011 with extended opening hours 8am-12pm and special events.
The celebration is a tribute to the role of the moon to the Ancient Greeks. The events will be presented by archaeologists at the Parthenon Gallery from 9pm until midnight. Information about the events will be available at the Information Offices of the Museum and on the website www.theacropolismuseum.gr.
