Health cuts and particularly on rehab centers, brings addicts to their limits.
According to sources the Finance Ministry decided to reduce the funding of public rehab centers. If this decision is applied, detoxification centers in Greece will face closure. The centers have tried hard to cover their costs but unfortunately this attempt faces a deadlock. Thousands addicts have nowhere else to go if those centers close. The final decision will come from the ministry. It is a sensitive issue which demands caution.
