Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will meet on Tuesday in Berlin, according to the latter’s spokesman Steffen Seibert.
They will discuss about the economic situation in Greece, the country΄s efforts to consolidate its budget, and about how its current program of economic reforms is being put into practice, Seibert said.
“We hope for a positive outcome,” Seibert said regarding the review of the country’s austerity program by the Troika.
