Pangalos Battles Out Εntrance Fare with Elder Woman

Deputy PM Theodoros Pangalos engaged once again in an incredible event last Sunday at the Vouliagmeni Lake resort area in the South of Athens.
According to vimaonline.gr, the PASOK MP battled an elderly lady over paying the entrance fare of the resort. When the Deputy PM made his way to the lake for his “winter bathing”, he passed the ticket booth and ignored paying the fare. Then an elderly woman who was at the scene apparently pointed out that he was avoiding paying the fare and started screaming, infuriated by the MP’s behavior.
All of a sudden verbal attacks from both sides began. In an effort to avoid the elderly woman, Mr. Pangalos pushed the woman and asked police authorities to immediately arrest her while threatening to sue her. The poor lady, totally dumbfounded, attempted to evade the police and a possible (unjustified) arrest and jumped in the icy waters of the lake.
Even while trying to stay afloat in the icy lake waters, the woman continued her verbal attack at the Deputy PM and many onlookers caught wind of what was going on. The elder lady was eventually pulled out of the waters and was attended by paramedics.
