Pharmathen Gets First Industry Award

F3F4CD16E459B2F3B440DAFCBF80DCBFThe first Industry Award was received by the Greek pharmaceutical company Pharmathen at the Greek Exports Awards ceremony, an event celebrated under the auspices of 26 benefactors.
They included the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Development Competitiveness Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, Rural Development and Food, and Tourism, Commerce & Industry Chambers of Athens and numerous Chambers of other countries.
Pharmathen won the title of the Greek company with the best export activity.The award was given to the Chairman of the Company Vasileios Katsos, by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Tourism, T. Liaskos, who represented at the event the Minister of Tourism Olga Kefalogianni.
Katsos said he was happy with the “recognition for the extroversion of our company as well as for our contribution through this openness to the national economy. Starting almost 50 years ago from a pharmacy, we now have a presence in five continents, in more than 85 countries and comprise nearly 1% of the total exports of the country. We work every day, faithfully adhering our strategic doctrine.”
The Greek Exports Awards is an event that aims at highlighting and rewarding Greek businesses which help increase the productivity, competitiveness and employment in the country.
