Red Bull Art of Motion Returns to Santorini

ART-OF-MOTION-2013-ARTWORK-Inline-PostRed Bull Art of Motion 2013 is returning to the Greek island of Santorini, in the Aegean Sea, for the third year.
The event began on September 14, at 04:00 pm. A number of 18 top free runners from all around the world will compete with each other, having the most imposing landscape of the Aegean Sea as background.
Red Bull Art of Motion first began in Vienna, Austria, in 2007.
The world famous free runner and winner of the first organization, Ryan Doyle, explained that in every single event, participation is more important than victory.
“It’s more like presenting different styles. The audience that attends the event wants to have a winner, but there are no losers,” Doyle said.
“They are not 18 free runners competing with each other, but they are 18 free runners competing each time against the route – like 18 different championships,” he added.
The best free runners around the world gather to participate in Red Bull Art of Motion in unique routes in every corner of the planet.
There will be live broadcast of the event on www.redbullartofmotion.com
