  1. As someone who has lived in Greece the short answer no. Having to deal with public sector employees is a joke. As they sit behind the counter smoking and drinking coffee, they have the entitlement attitude. Kind of like dealing with DMV.

  2. The real cause of this crisis is the public sector…By their recklessness behaviour and negative attitude caused investors to turn the blind eyes towards our country…Without changes in our political system there Greece will not prosper and we won’t have any future in this country…

  3. The public sector is bloated but resorting to hyperbole that no one oom the Greek public sector works amounts to demagoguery against Greeks.

You (rightfully) complain about racism by GD but then you blow it by making racist comments against Greeks? Agreeing with “TediUSA” only reenforces this belief. (Tedi is clearly bigoted towards Greelks given his constant anti-Greek rants here)

  4. We have to beg them to do what they should do which is their job in which they get paid very high salaries including benefits in which an employee in the private sector doesn’t get…Workers in the house of parliament do get paid in 1 year 16 times instead of 12 times like the private sector + Salary Tax Free + Paid travelling expenses + Free fees for their children tuitions…The country’s bankruptcy is caused by the government borrowing huge sums of money from the international market to pay our corrupt politicians, their public servants and their parasites who vote for them to stay in power for their own benefit and not the benefit of the country…These people from the politicians their public servants and their parasites are traitors…People are fed-up with them, they are the menace of our society…

  5. What America’s excuse then??
Those god fearing , right wing inbred s that call themselves the tea party??

  6. This idiot Tedi must have come to Greece and got a bad baklava.
Save your blow-hard comments for your own failing, crime ridden malignant nation MF.
Every American body bag that comes from ‘who gives a f..k’ ignites joy around the world!!
    That is your legacy!!

  7. Yesterday 18/11/2013 an EOPYY Doctor refused to see me because she over-worked…The Public Sector doesn’t work and doesn’t produce any results other then giving a negative image of the country abroad specially to foreign investors…

  8. I am Greek and live in Greece and my answer is not just “No” but the public sector is the reason for my country to go bankrupt…Why??? Because of massive borrowing to pay for their huge salaries and benefits…

  9. Unfortunately, from my years of experience with the public sector no one does what they should do…They think they are God on earth and they are the ones and only ones on this earth…I went to 3 offices to just issue a normal printout related to my status because they didn’t know how to use computer and their answer was “No” we cannot issue this document when the 3rd office issued me this document in few seconds…Greek public servants bankrupt the country…

  10. People should know that corruption + our public service sector are the real cause of this country’s bankruptcy…Our corrupt politicians know it and public servants do know that too…

  11. No they don’t work, that is why we are bankrupt…They don’t know how to work, they don’t know what to do…They don’t even know how to use computers…

  12. Tedi, they do work but you have to feed them with cash to do the job they are paid for…After all they are the Gods and Goddess of the Greek civil-sectorization…

  13. You have to include public transport drivers too, they drink their coffee and smoke while driving and their driving attitude is very very bad…
