13-Year-Old Greek Girl Crowned Chess World Champion

chess championA major success for the Greek chess team came from the Kavala Chess Club member Stavroula Tsolakidou who won first place at the World Individual Championships in Al-Ain, Abu Dhabi, in the category for girls under 14-years-old and was crowned world champion.

Stavroula Tsolakidou participated in a total of eleven chess matches. She won eight, drew twice and had one defeat, while she collected 9 points and came first in her category, out of 126 competitors from 63 countries.

Stavroula was born March 24, 2000, and was crowned Greek Chess Champion for the first time in 2009, in the category for 10-year-old girls. In January 2012 she came second in the Panhellenic Junior Chess Championship. At last year’s World Championships in Maribor, she ranked 18th in the 12-year-old girls category.

    1. An average of 2.1 children per family is what is known as “replacement level”, any less the population will slowly vanish. Greece currently has 1.39 per family. Stillbirths have risen by 20% since 2008.
How does Samaras react? By implementing a child tax.

This is not a simple “across the board” tax increase to everyone, rather it even has a slight decrease for unmarried people, a stable to slight increase for most of those married with one child, and then a large increase for those with 2 children, and an even larger increase for those with 3.
This is the first of it’s kind known in any western country.

The New Democracy led Greek government is attempting to drive the birth rate even lower and is in violation of section (d) of the UN’s genocide definition:

      (d) “Imposing measures to prevent births within the group.”

New Democracy leader and Prime Minister of Greece Antonis Samaras is implementing a policy of Genocide against the Indigenous Greek population, on behalf of his Zionist masters at the American Jewish Committee, the World Jewish Congress, the European Jewish Congress, the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, etc.

    2. “The New Democracy led Greek government is attempting to drive the birth rate even lower”

Saying idiotic tin foil hat conspiracy theories like that suggests you are crazy.

    3. Can you refute any of the facts that I posted above or are you only able to spew insults?

    4. Not as brilliant as my Rabbi’s massive shlong. If he windmills, he takes off like a helicopter.

Would you like me send you a video?

    5. Actually, it’s the opposite. You get tax relief for each child. You get some for 1 child, more for two children, more for three etc etc

You should stop peddling lies, trying to fit things into your own agenda. You don’t live here and you have had nothing to do with the tax office here. I have and you are wrong.

    6. As regards direct taxes, increased revenues will come primarily from the elimination of tax breaks, ABOLITION OF TAX RELIEFT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, raising taxes on rents and the increase in taxes for freelancers. – See more at: http://www.grreporter.info/en/imf_provides_new_tax_increases_greece/9904#sthash.7mx4kjK6.dpuf

Greek government abolishes the tax relief for children
According to the new legalization, starting from the next year, families in Greece won´t be able to enjoy any tax benefits. This means that the tax relief for children (an amount of income deducted from the income tax, increasing per number of children in the family) has been abolished and large families will have to pay a tremendous amount of tax.

The demographic situation in Greece is dire. An average of 2.1 children per family is what is known as “replacement level”, any less the population will slowly vanish. Greece currently has 1.39 per family. Stillbirths have risen by 20% since 2008. You have admitted in previous articles that you are of mixed-racial descent and that you immigrated to Greece. This explains why you are not concerned about the catastrophic Hellenic birthrates and support the new-Tax laws as they related to Greece’s children and young families. I on the other hand am of Hellenic descent from both parents and am concerned about the future of the Hellenic people. Where I was born, what language I first spoke, where I was raised, where I was baptised, these are things you could not possibly have a clue about, your attempt to pretend that you do once again demonstrates your deceptive and delusional nature.

    7. When Golden Dawn holds food distributions for Greeks only, the regime, media and the Left collectively join forces to present the ridiculous idea that a food distribution that serves indigenous citizens first can be hateful. Yet, at the same time, one of these systematic forces, the KKE, successfully held a holiday party and giveaway only for immigrants (or their children). Is that not hateful as well.
      Let us read their announcement:

“Feast For the Children Of Immigrants At Attica KKE
Feast for the children of immigrants is being organized on Veranzerou 1 Square Sunday, December 29th at 12 noon, hosted by party organizers of the Communist Party of Attica. During the festival there will be many activities such as a clown and gifts.”

No media sycophant, Soros sponsored NGO, or “anti-racist” has come out to denounce an event that openly excludes Greek children a “feast of hate”. The Communist Party of Greece of course enjoys protected status from the system, and we all know why. ΚΚΕ was founded on 4 November 1918 as the Socialist Labour Party of Greece by Avraam Benaroya, a Sephardic JEWISH teacher and Socialist Workers’ Federation leader in Thessaloniki.

    8. The tax laws here are extremely complex and change all the time. The change you mention is NOT in effect. You can continue to believe whatever you want. It doesn’t change anything for people here.

    9. I don’t support tax laws on families with children. Firstly, they are not in effect and likely will never be. I will join the protests if they are for sure.

I am not Greek but I have lived a large chunk of my life here…immersed in Greece, in its culture, history and daily life. You do not live here and have never lived here. You live in the US where the predominant culture in American. You may have learned something of Greece from your parents and the local Greek community. I would suggest though that if you really want to know about Greece, you need to experience it for real.

    10. I do not live in Greece and have never lived there? Wrong again. Small hint. I spoke Greek long before I ever learned English. p.s. You care nothing about Greece or the Greek people. For all you care it would make no difference if 5 million Nigerians, Somalis, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis, Afghans and other 3rd Worlders were granted Greek citizenship so long as Greece’s economy could find them jobs. The fact that Native Greeks would be transformed into a tiny irrelevant minority in their own ancestral homeland doesn’t concern you. This comes as no surprise given you are a mixed race 3rd Worlder yourself.

    11. Whatever…You’re off on your own little rant. But I am interested in one thing. what age did you leave Greece? Just curious but you don’t have to answer.
