Jamjar: First Greek e-Commerce Platform

jam660
The first e-commerce online platform for unique handmade items in Greece is called jamjar and was created by two young Greek women. The website’s only condition is for the handmade creations to be original and aesthetically pleasing.
Jamjar is catered to independent craftsmen, inviting them to open their own e-shop within the platform and boost their sales by promoting their brand name and developing parallel networks of clients. The young creators are Vera Papangelopoulou and Eva Epitropaki.
Jamjar has a one-time registration fee, allocating a small commission on the sale, and a place where independent craftsmen have the opportunity to do and promote what they love. Their procedure is simple and easy, offering sales management and ensuring legitimacy and easy payment options.
Visitors can browse 40 different stores and choose from a wide variety of handmade creations such as jewelry, accessories, clothing, household items and art.
After picking their favorite items, all customers have to do is add them to their basket and when finished browsing, they can select a variety of payment methods such as: deposit, cash on delivery, credit card, debit card, pre-paid card and of course Paypal.
