Greek Entrepreneur Awarded Personality of the Year

Nikolaos Koklonis in Award CeremonyGreek entrepreneur Nikolaos Koklonis has been awarded “Personality 2013-2014” for his contribution to e-business, at a ceremony held in Piraeus.

Koklonis is the CEO and founder of AirFastTickets, an international online travel agency founded in 2009, and focused on providing efficient, powerful, and valuable travel booking tools for consumers and businesses. The company is headquartered in New York but also has branches in Athens, London, and Frankfurt.

“This award has fulfilled my personal business vision,” Koklonis said, after receiving the award entitled Georgios Kassimatis.

The “Personalities of the Year” awards were organized for the sixth consecutive year by the Association of Corfu in Piraeus, in cooperation with Corfu Journalism Organization.

The event was held at the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and the Association of European Journalists. It was attended by many Greek artists, scientists, journalists and entrepreneurs.
