“Wherever you turn… gods, myths, and heroes. A story about Greece.” This is the introduction to the new advertizement from the national Tourism Organization, titled “Gods, Myths, Heroes,” released by the Ministry of Culture to promote its communication campaign for 2015.
“In communications strategy, we maintain all the basic characteristic that established us as a global tourist destination and today we choose to highlight additional elements and capabilities offered by Greece,” Ms. Kefaloyanni said during the Ministry of Culture presentation in London yesterday regarding its new campaign policy, adding: “every place in Greece, harbors a myth, a magical story, the energy of which is alive, to this day.”
In her speech at the World Travel Market, she noted that Greece is an especially recognizable brand name, highlighting the timelessness and the classic nature of Greek tourism.
Don Morgan Nielsen waxes lyrical about the light of Greece, and how different, and clearer it is from other countries, positively concluding: “Greece: A place so different, so unique, so special”
