Marpessa Smart Luxury Hotel in Agrinio, Greece is now part of the Historic Hotels of Europe group, as well as the collection of Yades Greek Historic Hotels. This is the 18th hotel in Greece to be considered a part of this network, while in 2015 two more hotels in Crete and Rhodes are expected to be added to the list.
Yades Heritage & Hospitality is a non-profit organization, as well as a promotion and marketing network that provides international branding, marketing and sales representation in foreign markets. The chain was established in Greece in 2005 and it is the only Greek member of the Historic Hotels of Europe network. Yades Heritage & Hospitality is also working with the Historic Hotels of America organization.
The inclusion of Marpessa Smart Luxury Hotel in the esteemed group is a sign that the hotel’s operating philosophy regarding the conservation and promotion of Agrinio’s cultural heritage was recognized.
