ND Leader Samaras: The Country Is Being Led to a New Memorandum

Samaras
Main opposition New Democracy (ND) leader Antonis Samaras estimated that the country is being led to a tax storm raid and to a new memorandum resulting into the creation of recession and new deficits, speaking on Saturday to a party event in the northeastern Greek city of Xanthi.

Samaras in his address sternly attacked the SYRIZA government underlining that they received a Greece with surpluses and has conducted it to deficits adding that “the country is led to a new memorandum. Despite the name they will give to the new agreement, and this will have prior conditions in order for the country to borrow money — it will have supervision and a strict one. It will have a troika.

ND leader appeared self-critical on the measures his government had implemented underlining “It was not in our ideology to impose taxes. Unfortunately, we were forced to impose them. Our biggest mistake was that we did not succeed to pass to the people the temporary character of these measures and of the taxes imposed in order for the country to exit from the financial impasse.”

Samaras also referred to a series of other measures that undertook the government in several sectors of the society such as education, public administration as well as on migration noting that it cancelled all the reforms that had started to be implemented.

  1. Samaras also referred to a series of other measures that the government undertook in several sectors of the society such as education, public administration as well as on MIGRATION noting that it (SYRIZA) cancelled all the reforms that had started to be implemented.

What measures did Antonis Samaras take regarding migration, or more specifically illegal immigration?

New Democracy’s leader Antonis Samaras tried to push through legislation that would grant Greek citizenship to illegal immigrants and their children. Antonis Samaras is best friends with the communists.

The Ragousis Law (3838/2010), which aimed to provide citizenship and voting rights to migrants (and those born to migrants) was deemed unconstitutional by the State Council on the basis that the Greek state recognises Hellenism as being biological in nature. Such is the saying of Golden Dawn- ‘you are born Greek, you do not become one’. The decision by the State Council came as a slap to the face of the globalists and Marxist internationalists, which could not be left unanswered by the anti-Greek New Democracy party. New Democracy then attempted to somehow bypass this bill – in hopes of at least temporarily allowing the illegal immigrants the right to vote. The new New Democracy bill, which essentially was a copy of the Ragousi bill passed earlier, again aimed to provide citizenship and voting rights to illegal immigrants, with the provision that they be at least 18 years old, and had attended 6 years of Greek school. That’s ATTENDED 6 years of Greek school, not successfully COMPLETE 6 years of Greek school.
