Sex Is the Best Antidote for Greece During the Crisis

sex708_2Greeks have been having up to 35% more sex over the last quarter than they did over the same period in 2014, according to a recent survey conducted by the Andrology Institute of Athens.
The study reached the conclusion that Greekā€™s sex life has significantly increased despite the economic crisis and the uncertainty, as a way of defense and response to the conditions that a person can neither influence nor control.
The research was conducted on a sample of 600 men aged between 25 and 64 through telephone interviews, but it also included data provided by the Andrology Institute.
While one would expect that the economic uncertainty would adversely affect menā€™s sexual mood, as it has been confirmed in previous surveys, it appears that men today are particularly focused on sex.
Men aged between 18 and 34, who are the onesĀ most affected by the social and economic consequences of the crisis, have increased their sexual activity by 35%. They are closely followed by men aged 35-54, whose sexual activity has increased by 30% and finally, men over 54, whose sexual contacts have also increased by 27%.
