Tsipras Meets Erdogan in Paris

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras had a brief meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the sidelines of the Climate Change Conference COP21 in Paris, on Monday.
According to a prime minister’s office announcement, the two leaders said that the results of the EU-Turkey summit on Sunday were positive and the two prime ministers have agreed to remain in close contact.
Moreover, in the margins of the COP21 meeting, Tsipras had a series of brief meetings with other leaders, among them with the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Albanian President Bujar Nishani, the President of Bolivia Evo Morales, the Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann and his counterparts of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic and Georgia Irakli Garibashvili.
