Greek-American scientist and philanthropist George D. Behrakis will receive an honorary doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens this upcoming Friday.
Behrakis is well-known for his entrepreneurial activity in the pharmaceutical industry, having helped form Tylenol. Behrakis has also been deeply involved in the Greek American community and various philanthropic efforts.
The honoring ceremony will take place on December 11th.
