Members of the PAME trade union occupied symbolically on Tuesday morning the main premises of the Finance Ministry Building at Syntagma Square, protesting against the “new measures in Social Security, taxation and foreclosures that turn against the workers.”
In an announcement, PAME which is close to the Hellenic Communist Party, called all the workers to participate in the rallies, organized on Tuesday in Thessalonica and on Thursday in Athens and “demand massively and categorically against the tabling of the respective bill in the Greek Parliament.”
