The Council of Appeals Court judges have requested from the Cypriot authorities to provide additional information on Leonidas Bobolas, before issuing a decision on whether he should be extradited to Cyprus.
Businessman Leonidas Bobolas is wanted in Cyprus as he is connected to an investigation into waste management contracts.
The judicial officials from Greece asked Cyprus to provide additional information during the next two weeks, as the council will convene again on May 6.
Until then, Bobolas cannot leave Greece. The investigation in Cyprus concerns Helector, a company of Ellaktor, of which Bobolas is the CEO, and how it gained contracts to run the Marathounda and Koshi landfills in Cyprus.
