The disbursement of the next bailout tranche to Greece might be approved as early as during Thursday’s meeting of euro zone finance ministers in Luxembourg.
The statement was made by President of the European Stability Mechanism Klaus Regling on Euronews television network on Monday.
“The cooperation with the Greek government is productive again. When the Eurogroup convenes, I think there are good chances to take a decision on the next disbursement,” Regling said.
Last week the Euro Working Group gave the green light for the disbursement of the tranche amounting to 7.5 billion euros until June 20.
