Antetokounmpo: Signs $100ml Deal With Milwaukee Bucks to Become Highest Paid Greek Athlete


Greece’s Giannis Antetokounmpo has signed a contract extension with Wisconsin’s Milwaukee Bucks for $100 million, making him the highest paid Greek Athlete, sources have reported.

According to the AP, sources familiar with the situation have commented that the deal details a 4-year extension contract that will pay out the $100 million to the NBA star athlete.

In his last season the athlete averaged 16.9 points, 7.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists.

Antetokounmpo commented on his role for the new season saying “In my fourth year, my role is going to be a lot bigger…It’s time for me to step up and lead this team,” the AP reported.
