PAOK Wins at Liberec While Olympiakos, Panathinaikos Face Losses

On Thursday night there was a shake-up in the arena of soccer in Greece as Cypriot APOEL beat Olympiakos in Piraeus 1-0, which moved up the team 6 points.
Just 10 minutes into the game the Cypriot team scored thanks to striker Pieros Sotiriou, while the defending home team made several attempts that were futile. So far Olympiakos has managed to rack up a mere three points from two games.
Panathinaikos lost in Spain with a final score of 2-0 at Celta Vigo. The first 80 minutes went in favor of Panathinaikos, however, the last 10 minutes of the game they fell apart as John Guidetti scored in the 84th minute and then Daniel Wass in the 89th minute.
There was however, victory for the Greek team of PAOK with a 2-1 win at Slovan Liberec. Stefanos Athanasiadis tied the game with a penalty in the 9th minute after the home team had scored 1 goal by Nikolai Komlicheyko in the first minutes of the game. PAOK then went on to score another goal eight minutes from time gaining the team four points in the past two games.
