Italian railways Ferrovie dello Stato Italiano SpA and Skoda Transportation SA were the two investment groups which submitted expression of interest for the purchase of 100 percent stake of Rosco SA, the Greek railway rolling stock maintenance company, Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) said on Monday.
HRADF’s advisors will evaluate — per terms and criteria stipulated in the Process Letter — the above expressions of interest and submit the recommendations to HRADF’s board of directors as to which candidates qualify for the next phase, which includes access to detailed information about the asset and the terms of the transaction.
The deadline for the submission of binding offers is set for December 5, 2016.
