Coast Guard spotted early Saturday a dinghy with migrants and refugees off the coasts of the island of Oinousses the dinghy apparently was directed by two traffickers.
A pursuit followed and the two traffickers managed to reach the coast where all the passengers disembarked.
The two traffickers were arrested and the migrants were transferred to the port of Chios. The dinghy was confiscated.
