Former Greek prime minister Konstantinos Mitsotakis is the fourth oldest living state leader, according to Wikipedia.
The research was done in light of the recent health reports of England’s Queen Elizabeth, who is number 55 on the list.
The list of the 10 oldest living state leaders is:
Do Muoi, prime minister of Vietnam (1988-1991), 99 years and 351 days old
Babiker Awadalla, prime minister of Sudan (1969), 99 years and 322 days old
Yasuhiro Nakasone, prime minister of Japan (1982-1987), 98 years and 236 days old
Konstantinos Mitsotakis, prime minister of Greece (1990-1993), 98 years and 92 days old
Hyun Soong-jong, prime minister of South Korea (1992-1993), 97 years and 358 days old
Mohammed Karim Lamrani, prime minister of Morocco (1971-1972, 1983-1986, 1992-1994), 97 years and 262 days old
Hau Pei-tsun, premier of Taiwan (1990-1993), 97 years and 189 days old
Javier Perez de Cuellar, prime minister of Peru (2000-2001), 97 years old
Josip Manolic, prime minister of Croatia (1990-1991), 96 years and 302 days old
Liam Cosgrave, Taoiseach (prime minister) of Ireland (1973-1977), 96 years and 280 days old
Konstantinos Mitsotakis, former prime minister and New Democracy leader, is the father of Kyriakos Mitsotakis, current head of the main opposition conservative party.
