Cyprus Police have secured an arrest warrant for a Norwegian national, 49, father of a 4-year-old girl kidnapped early on Thursday morning in front of her Cypriot mother, outside a kindergarten in Nicosia, Police spokesman Andreas Angelides has said.
In statements to the press, Angelides said the 4-year-old girl was abducted at 08:40 (005.00 GMT) local time by two hooded men, using force, as her mother was about to enter the kindergarten.
