Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) on Friday said its Board of Directors was reconstituted into a body due to the imminent elapsing six-month period, during which the Chief Executive Officer of the Fund, Mr. Antonis Leoussis, was acting temporarily as the Chairman of the Board.
The Board of Directors elected Mrs. Lila Tsitsogiannopoulou as Chair of the BoD.
