The President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades highlights the will of the international community to take action against terrorism, in a message posted on Sunday morning on twitter.
The President, who was yesterday in London, en route to New York to attend a dinner with the Secretary General and the Turkish Cypriot leader, wrote in his tweet that “our thoughts are with the people of London and with the families of those killed or injured by the heinous terrorist attack”
He added that “such cowardly acts succeed only to forge the will for decisive action on the part of the international community to fight terrorism”.
