Two Passengers of Missing Aircraft Found Dead

Greek police announced that the wreckage of a private aircraft that went missing on Wednesday, was found with two passengers dead in the Dendra area, near Larissa, early on Thursday morning.
The airplane that belonged to the Larissa Flight Club fell off the radar for hours on Wednesday evening, until its wreckage was found in the Dendra area at 3:00 am.
The bodies of the two passengers were found in the wreckage, still tied to their seats, and they were transported to the Larissa General Hospital for the official announcement of their death.
The search operation involved several police officers, 10 vehicles, an army helicopter and 23 firefighters.
