Over 330 Migrants Arrived on Greek Islands on Monday

A total of 334 migrants coming from Turkey landed on various Greek Eastern Aegean islands on Monday, according to data released by the Ministry of the Interior’s National Border Control and Asylum Control Center.

Approximately half of them (147) arrived on Lesvos, 113 landed on Chios, 58 on Samos and 15 on Tilos.

Counting the new arrivals, the total number of migrants on the Eastern Aegean islands has reached 14,463. They are distributed as follows: 4,569 are on Lesvos, 2,997 are on Chios, 2,747 on Samos, 763 on Leros, 2,667 on Kos and 720 on other islands.
