A Greek Features in Vanity Fair’s List of Best-Dressed Women

Eugenie Niarchos is included in Vanity Fair’s List of Best-Dressed Women for a second year running.
Niarchos a designer, born in New York and currently living in London has created the world-renowned jewelry brand Venyx.

A keen traveller, Eugenie collects inspiring imagery from her many journeys and carefully nurtures them as the starting point for her creations.
In her interview two years ago, Eugenie talked about her love for fashion and Greece.

She had claimed she inherited her love of style and elegance by her grandmothers Tina Livanou and Dolores Guinness:
“My two grandmothers were the most elegant women. Totally different, but I guess this diversity explains what I like. I have a side that likes beautiful, classy and elegant sets and another that loves 90s craze and colors”.

Eugenie is the granddaughter of Greek multi-billionaire shipping magnate Stavros Niarchos.
Starting in 1952, he had the world’s biggest super tankers built for his fleet. Propelled by both the Suez Crisis and an increasing demand for oil, he and rival Aristotle Onassis became giants in global petroleum shipping.
