A military helicopter landed on a thin stretch of land at an altitude of around 2,700 meters on Mount Olympus, to rescue an injured mountaineer.
The brave pilot of the Super Puma had to maneuver the helicopter over a steep ravine and land it on the edge of the cliff.
Members of the Greek Rescue Team were already on the scene offering first aid to a Czech climber who fell into a ravine.
Members of the helicopter crew rushed to assist.
The climber was seriously injured and was transferred to a local hospital. He is out of danger.
