Greece Gets Ready for New UEFA Nations League

Greece’s national football team will face Hungary, Finland and Estonia in a new UEFA Nations League tournament which could end in Euro 2020 qualification.

In another group of the same division, Cyprus was drawn to face Slovenia, Norway and Bulgaria.

This new UEFA tournament will offer national teams an alternative path to the Euro 2020 finals.

The round of games between the four teams will take place in the autumn, from September to November.

The winner of the group will qualify for the league’s third division Final Four in June 2019, with the prize being a ticket to the Euro 2020. The group winner will also get to the second tier, or League B, of the Nations League tournament to follow, ahead of the 2022 World Cup.
