A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck the Aegean island of Hydra on Sunday, with tremors being felt in the Peloponnese and as far away as Attica.
Striking just before 5 p.m. local time (1500GMT) it was detected at sea 39 kilometers (24 miles) southeast of the island and 90km (56 miles) south of Athens
The Geodynamic Institute of Athens also said it struck at a depth of 10km and later revised it to a 4.1-magnitude event.
It comes 12 days after a similar-force ‘quake rattled the Greek capital.
