Medical staff from Greek state hospitals will go on strike on Wednesday, angry at government hiring practices and a lack of money they claim have led to a shortfall in doctors.
Members of the OENGE union will go on a 24-hour strike and hold a rally outside the health ministry in Athens.
Medical staff also took action earlier this month in widespread strikes which hit Greece over painful economic reforms required by international creditors to release bailout cash.
