Greek Anarchist Group Attacks Turkish Consulate in Athens

Activists from the self-proclaimed anarchist group Rouvikonas have attacked the Turkish consulate in the Athens suburb of Psychiko.
A group of 15 to 20 people went to the street where the consulate is located and began smearing the building’s walls with red paint.
No one was injured in the attack; however, the windows of the consulate’s waiting room were broken, according to a Turkish official.
The anarchists left and no arrests were made.
In a video posted on social media, Rouvikonas said the attack was in protest at Turkey’s military operation in Afrin, Syria.
In a statement the Greek Ministry of Citizen Protection condemned the attack and vowed to bring those responsible to justice.
