A member of the anarchist group Rouvikonas has been arrested on Sunday for the raid at the British Council in Kolonaki Square, central Athens.
The 38-year-old was arrested within the time period allowed for “arrest in the act” and led before a public prosecutor, then released.
Charges have been drawn up against him for his actions at the British Council last Thursday, where members of the group forced their way into the building entrance and threw protest flyers.
According to sources, the same individual has also been arrested several times in the past.
