Greek photographer Panayis Chrysovergis won three awards at the international Event Photography Awards (EPA) held at the British Museum on Thursday.
The black and white photograph “The Kiss”, showing an elderly couple kissing passionately, won first prize in the Private Events category, first prize in the People’s Choice category and came second in the overall competition.
Chrysovergis thanked the organizers and attendants of the 5th EPA photography competition and all the people for their support and good words through his Facebook page.
The Greek Embassy in the United Kingdom congratulated the photographer through Twitter.
