Greek Soldiers Hurt in Cyprus Tank Accident

Reports from Cyprus say five Greek troops were hurt on Saturday morning in a tank accident.

The soldiers were taking part in a military exercise in Nicosia when the armored vehicle overturned.

It happened at 8.50 a.m. local time (0550GMT) at the Xyntous firing range in Ayia Marina Xyliatou, according to the Cyprus News Agency.

The crew was hospitalized as a precaution and an investigation is ongoing.
