The list of victims of the devastating fires in Mati and Rafina is growing, as the fire department announced the discovery of three more dead bodies, raising the number of deaths to 80.
According to a fire department official statement, during the continuing search of burned houses, rescuers found three more dead, bringing the death toll to 80.
Regarding the injured who are still hospitalized, the number of adults is 71, with 10 of them in intensive care. Also, there are 11 children still in hospital, but their condition is not serious.
As for the missing persons, the fire department’s spokesperson said that their number is still unknown as many relatives and friends who have reported missing persons do not notify authorities when the missing persons return.
